POLICY STATEMENT FOR THOSE REQUESTING INFORMATION THROUGH THE CONTACT FORM
regarding the protection of personal data
IN ACCORDANCE WITH ART. 13 of Lgs. Decree no. 196,. 30.06.2003
In compliance with and pursuant to art. 13 of Lgs. Decree 30 June 2003, the company Fashion Group S.r.l., with registered offices at via del Carmine 11, 59100 Prato (PO), in its capacity as data controller, informs parties concerned about the purposes and methods used to process personal data, the scope of communication and dissemination, as well as the way in which data are used.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
Personal data, identification data (name, surname, email and telephone number, etc.) and computer data collected from users and voluntarily provided through the "contact" section of the company website, and which will be processed, are directly used by the Data Controller for the correct management of any requests submitted and to provide feedback on same.
DATA PROCESSING METHODS
Data processing is carried out using computerised and electronic means by specially appointed in-house staff. Data are stored in electronic files with full insurance of the minimum security measures provided for by law.
COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA
Data collected will not be disclosed, sold or exchanged with any third party without the express consent of the person concerned, with the exception of communication to third parties authorised - who undertake to comply with confidentiality or who are appointed to manage processing, pursuant to art. 29 of Lgs. Decree no. 196/2003-(such as computer assistance companies) if required for the purpose referred to in this statement. Data may be disclosed to the relevant authorities, according to the terms of the law.
DATA RETENTION TIMES
Data are stored only for the time necessary to interact with the user to provide them with information.
DATA SUBJECT’S RIGHTS
The data subject can enforce their rights as expressed in articles 7, 8, 9, and 10 of Lgs. Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, by contacting the data controller. Specifically, according to art. 7, the data subject can obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, and the communication of said data in intelligible form. The data subject has the right to obtain information regarding: a) the origin of personal data;) b) purposes and methods of processing; c) the logic applied in case of treatment with electronic instruments; d) the identity of the data controller, data processors and the representatives appointed according to article 5, paragraph 2; e) subjects or categories of subjects to which personal data may be communicated or which may become aware of same, as designated representative in the territory of the State, as managers and/or as agents. The data subject has the right to obtain: a) the update, correction or, when interested, integration of data; b) cancellation, anonymization or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of their personal data, pertinent for collection purposes; b) to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
DATA CONTROLLER, DATA PROCESSORS AND PRIVACY COMMUNICATION
The Data Controller is the company Fashion Group S.r.l., with registered offices at via del Carmine 11, (59100) Prato (PO). An updated list of data processors is available at the company’s registered and/or operating offices. For all communication relevant to articles 7 and successive of Lgs. Decree no. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments and integrations, the Data Processor has made the following address available email@example.com.
NATURE OF PROVISION
The provision of data is optional; however, refusal to respond will make it impossible for the data processor to follow up on any requests.
Pursuant to art. 23 of Lgs. Decree no. 196/2003 for the correct handling of your request via the "Contact" section of the company website, consent to the processing of the abovementioned data is necessary, as said data are collected outside of past contractual agreements
