How long does it take to prepare and ship the order?

Once the payment has been made, the orders are prepared in a maximum of 72 business hours (from Monday to Friday). If you select payment via bank transfer, the order will be prepared (within 72 business hours), but it will only be shipped once we receive the payment for the goods actually available.

Can I add items to an order being prepared?  

An additional order is only possible if the percentage of available items is less than 75% of those ordered; you will receive by e-mail the necessary instructions to proceed with the addition of new items, up to 100% of the amount of the original order.

Can I cancel my order? .

You can cancel an order no later than 2 hours after placing it. Just select the order from the "Orders" section you will find in your account and click on the "Cancel" option. Once cancelled, the order cannot be restored and you will have to place another one

How can I change the payment method of an order already placed?  

To change the payment method, please send us an email with the reference order number and the new payment method you intend to use, choosing between cash on delivery, bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal or Wallet (Virtual Wallet).

Why did the payment for my order not go through successfully?

There may be various reasons why the payment may have not gone through successfully. For example, the server of one of the external services may be undergoing a temporary update.

If your payment has been declined, try again after about thirty minutes later and, above all, check that your card/account actually has the money needed to make the payment in full.

Unfortunately, this operation cannot be performed. For internal accounting purposes, every order is invoiced separately. The only thing we can do is to ship several orders on the same day, though with separate shipping costs and the simultaneous delivery of the various orders cannot be guaranteed. We recommend adding as many items as possible when placing your order, so as to avoid extra charges.

Do you apply the “equivalence surcharge”? (Only for customers based in SPAIN)

No, we do not apply the "equivalence surcharge" because it is only applicable in Spain and our company is based in Italy. To save on Italian VAT you must have a VAT number registered in the VIES (see also the question How do you verify that I am a professional?).

What is your return policy?

If you want to make a return for items that are visibly damaged or do not match those ordered, you can make a request using the “Complaints” section in your account.

You can make a return request no later than 8 working days from receipt of the goods.

You will need to follow these instructions:

  • Select the order in question;
  • Select the item you want to claim;
  • Fill in the required fields;
  • Attach photos of the defect or that prove the non-conformity of each garment involved;
  • Select the desired refund method;

Repeat the procedure for each item you intend to return.

The request will be processed by our dedicated department within a maximum of 48 business hours.
Returns made without our approval will not be accepted.

The costs to return approved items will be borne by us.
