How does your sales system work?  

FashionPo.com has a well-established sales system: read the following carefully.

Once you have selected your items you will asked to enter the desired payment mode:

 

  • If you select payment via PayPal or credit/debit card, the order will be prepared once the once the payment has been authorised (within 72 business hours) and subsequently shipped.

 

  • If you select payment via bank transfer, the order will be prepared (within 72 business hours), but it will only be shipped once we receive the payment for the goods actually available.

 

  • If you select the cash on delivery payment method, the order will be prepared (within 72 business hours) and then shipped.

 

Remember that if you choose the cash on delivery payment method, you will only be able to pay with cash (payments with cheques or other solutions will not be accepted).

 

  • If you select the Wallet payment method (Virtual Wallet) you will immediately pay for the total order with your available credit. The order will be prepared (within 72 business hours) and then shipped. Any difference in cost will be credited back to your Wallet (Virtual Wallet) and you can reuse it to pay for subsequent orders.

 

Remember that you cannot use the credit in the Wallet (Virtual Wallet) to pay for part of an order, but only for the entire order. To pay for an order with the credit in the Wallet, your credit must be equal to or greater than the total order. Once the order has been prepared, you will receive an email with detailed information on the actual availability of the items you have ordered.

 

  • If the percentage of available items compared to your initial order is equal to or greater than 75% of the total order, the order is considered automatically confirmed and you will receive it in the expected shipping times (see the Shipping and Payments page for shipping times).

 

  • If the percentage of items available compared to your initial order is less than 75%, you will receive instructions by email to add any replacement items with the option of accepting the order without making further additions. If no additional order is placed or not confirmed within 24 hours of transmission of the email, the order will be considered automatically confirmed and shipped, without adding items. Are the prices inclusive of VAT or other taxes?

The prices you see do not include VAT or other taxes.
VAT is displayed and calculated in the summary in the cart.

Can you sew my labels and apply my tags on the items I order?  

Of course! Follow the instructions below to receive the items you order with your custom labels already sewn and your tags applied on the garment:

 

  • Before proceeding with the customisation request, you need authorise Fashionpo.com to use the labels with the brand of your business. You can enter your data at any time in the "brands" section in your FashionPo.com account.

 

  • Request customisation directly in the cart of your new order.

 

  • Send us your custom labels and tags at the following address:

We recommend sending more labels and tags than the number of items you want to customise. Excess labels and tags will be stored and used for subsequent orders.

  • The tags must be supplied complete with a string to tie them.

 

  • Once the labels and tags have been sent, send an email to info@fashionpo.com with the following information:
    • Number of labels and tags shipped;
    • Information on the courier with which the shipment was made (we suggest alternative solutions to Poste Italiane because of the service offered in our specific area);
    • Estimated delivery date;
    • Link/tracking number of the shipment (Tracking);

  • Once the labels arrive at our premises and the order to be labelled and tagged has been prepared, we will start sewing the labels on your items and tying the tags. The customisation time varies and the order will take an average of 48-96 hours to be labelled and tagged, and then shipped.

 

  • Remember that on some items, such as belts and other accessories, we cannot sew a label, just as on a scarf we cannot apply a tag. Because of this, please consider accessories and bags as non-labelable.

 

  • The cost of the service is € 0.40 + VAT per single item and includes: cutting of the original label, unbinding of the original tag, sewing of your label, tying of your tag.
How can I get samples?

Due to the low amount required to place a minimum order and given our frequent offers, we do not send samples under any circumstances, either free of charge or for a fee.

Do your items have a barcode and/or EAN code?

At the moment our items do not have either a barcode nor an EAN code. In most cases you will only find the item codes presented by our suppliers.

Why do the codes that appear on the invoice not match those on the tags of the items I receive?  

The codes that you find on the invoice are the reference codes used by FashionPo (they start with the letter P and usually consist of 13 or 14 characters), while the codes that may be featured on the tags are the codes used by our suppliers.
